The staff were exceptionally helpful. The lady at the bar, Agnes, really went above and beyond to make sure my meal was allergen-free and gave us great tips for local eateries.

It was a bit pricey but still manageable.

The room was clean, but the bathroom door didn't close properly.

had a great time at hilton kensington! the location is super close to westfield shopping center and underground station, which makes exploring london really easy. the double room was comfy and clean, perfect for us as a couple. we also loved the value for our stay, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

the shower was kinda small and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. also, the bathroom could use a little paint touch up.

Great location near Westfield and the Tube. Loved the comfy room and the complimentary wine for my girlfriend's birthday made it special.

We had a lovely time exploring London, especially using the nearby Shepherd's Bush underground station! The kids loved the dedicated breakfast experience, and it made our mornings much easier. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs during our stay with our grandchild.
